Shipping policy

Currently, we ship to most EU countries with tracking for added security.
Shipping takes approximately 5-7 business days, depending on the destination.

Shipping costs depend on the destination and will be calculated at checkout.
In case of a return, shipping costs will be deducted from the refund. If shipping is free, the refund will exclude the shipping cost, which is the customer’s responsibility.

If you do not receive your order within 5 days of shipment, please contact us, and we will resolve the issue. If you suspect that your package has been lost or not delivered, please contact us.
